About Talon Ranch
Talon Ranch is a unique, small community with thirty-three estate size home sites located in North Scottsdale. Unlike the surrounding neighborhoods, Talon Ranch homes are individually sited to take advantage of the expansive vistas of Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, the McDowell Mountains and Four Peaks, Tom’s Thumb and the Brown’s Ranch Peaks. This website is the primary medium of communicating information to the Talon Ranch owners. Supplementary information is sent via email and (when required by Arizona statute) via first class mail. Access is limited to owners via use of a unique login account and password.
